Is it necessary to put water inside pierced nose and ears when doing wudu and farz Ghusl..I try putting water through the pierced places but its hard to tell if water has passed through

Yes it is necessary to put water inside pierced nose and ears while performing Wudu and especially in fardh ghusl. In your case, I would say just rotate the nose pin and earrings while pouring water, Insha Allah it will pass through.
