My hair started turning grey when I was 22yrs, now I need to color my hairs, but I heard that using hair dyes is not correct as the wudu and ghusl will not be done if some one hairs are dyed, instead one can use Hina to color hair. I want to know either it is correct or not. Many of our Muslim sisters use hair dye either because of grey hairs or just to change their hair color.

Assalaam alaikum wa rahmatullah

Most of the hair dyes contains animal byproducts, which could be haram. And even if you find one which contains synthetic material, you will have to check with the company whether that dye will just color the hair or it will perform a coat on top of a hair. If it will just color, then you are allowed to use it, but if it will be a coat then your Ghusl will not be completed.
That is why it is better to use Hina to color hair.
